Today, AI is permeating every industry, changing the way companies operate and expanding the range of outputs that were previously unattainable. It has a significant impact on everyone, including content authors, marketers, advertisers, students, and artists. However, despite these advantages, there is one issue that continues to linger: Is AI really that good for everyone? Or does everybody desire AI? This question may be debatable in an environment where technology is constantly evolving because it is unavoidable and will continue to do so for some time.
AI made significant advances in the field of art. Considering the possibilities it opened up, its hyper realistic generated visuals attracted the attention of the entire world. This resulted in the creation of an entirely novel profession known as AI artists. However, some artists still favour manual drawings, and they have conflicting opinions concerning AI.

Sharing her opinion on AI generated art, Sarah Nazir, a fine arts student said that “A lot of new creative forms may be made possible by AI. The amount of excellence and diversity offered by AI art platforms, in my opinion as an artist, will raise audience expectations, though. Even if it may be a novel form of expression, manual artists will never be threatened by it. Despite the fact that the world has always welcomed new artists, it has never forgotten the value of human-made art. These works of art are everywhere in the museums. The advent of AI will undoubtedly affect how we view art but with our piece, we can use creativity, and AI can improve it.”
A Switzerland-based AI artist that goes by the name Midnight on Mars said, “So if you use the term digital art, AI is not a problem. Art is created by an artist not a machine. People have complained about technology since the introduction of lenses and mirrors hundreds of years ago and that’s what created the renaissance. We have Duchamp and the ready-made Warhol showing you art is everywhere. When he got a computer, he painted Debbie Harry using it.”
Expounding on what makes her AI art special, Lana said, “I’m a film photographer by profession, but I wouldn’t fear progression or I would be a Luddite. There’s a democracy to AI, we are seeing images from the imagination of people that have not had a voice before. The last 16 years of internet has been basically copying what went on over the last 100 years of art. We need new input and I’m happy to be a part of that.”
